The third-party travel agent sent me the email they used, I can’t log in with this, what do I do?

You do not need this email to complete verification. Enter your name and booking reference here to begin verification. Do not try and use the email provided by the third- party travel agent when asked to log in to a myRyanair account. You will need to use your own personal account for this. If you do not have one, you can easily create one during the process.
