There are number of reasons your ID document may fail verification:
- Image quality: The quality of the picture you took may not be acceptable. Follow on screen instructions to ensure you are taking the photo correctly. Make sure your ID document is within the frame on screen (frame will turn green when positioned correctly) and that all information is readable. Avoid overhead lights which may cause a glare that blocks some important information.
- ID document expired: Check the expiry date on your ID document. The document you’re using must be in date at the time of verification. Wrong ID document type: We only accept Passports and National Identity Cards for account verification.
