How do I get a receipt for items purchased on board during my flight?

We do not issue paper receipts on board our flights as we want to stay Europe’s greenest airline, but you can get an e-receipt here.

Make sure to have your travel date and flight number ready. You will also need the cardholder's name and card number details.
